Where we ship
We ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Shipping costs
Australia: $23 flat rate. Shipping is free on any order of 2 or more items, and on any order of $499 or more.
New Zealand: $40 NZD flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay. The free shipping offer is for Australian orders.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days from Wagga Wagga, New South Wales, with Australia Post.
Crispi boots are sent to you directly by Crispi Australia.
If an item is on back order, the product page says so before you buy. Back orders usually take up to 4 weeks, as most of our range comes from overseas.
Delivery times
These are estimates, not guarantees.
- Australia, metro and regional: 2 to 7 business days
- Australia, remote: 7 to 14 business days
- New Zealand: 7 to 14 business days, longer if customs holds the parcel
Tracking
You will get a tracking notification from Australia Post when your order is on its way.
New Zealand customs
New Zealand Customs may assess duties and GST on arrival, particularly on higher-value items. These are set at the border and are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will sort out a replacement or a refund. You do not need to chase the carrier. That is ours to resolve.
