Most optics are sold through a traditional retail model, where the product is marked up around 50% by the time it reaches the shop floor. We sell directly from Maven to you, so you get a world-class optic at a far more sensible price.

Maven sells direct to the hunter rather than through the big retail chains, which is what keeps the price well below comparable glass sold through retail. You can buy here, see the gear in person at shows and events, or ask us where you can handle it near you.
10x42 is what most of our customers buy, because the extra reach suits the open and alpine country that makes up most hunting here. 8x42 gives a wider, steadier image and holds up better in thick timber and failing light.
If you hunt mostly scrub and timber, take the 8x42. Otherwise, the 10x42.
We attend several events per year including expos, fairs and other outdoor events, as well as some club meetings. It is a good way to see the gear in person. Get in touch and we will help you choose the right optic for what you are doing.
Australian orders typically arrive in 2 to 7 business days for metro and regional addresses, and 7 to 14 for remote ones. New Zealand typically takes 7 to 14 business days, a little longer if customs holds the parcel.
We ship with Australia Post. You will get an Australia Post notification when your order is on its way, and you can also track it from the order page after checkout. Every parcel is sent with signature on delivery, unless it is going to a PO Box.
