Your rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. The change of mind terms below are in addition to them, not instead of them.

Change of mind

You can return a product for a refund within 7 days of receiving it, provided that:

it is unused, and
it comes back with all of its original packaging, undamaged, and everything it shipped with.

Riflescopes must be in new and unmounted condition. A mounted scope carries ring marks and cannot be resold as new.

Return shipping for a change of mind is at your cost.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

Contact us. Every brand we sell is covered by a warranty, and we handle the claim for you. See our Warranty & Returns page for each brand's terms.

Refunds

Once the return reaches us and is checked, we refund the original payment method. It can take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
