Tricer builds tripods for hunters who glass seriously: the ultralight BC and AD for carrying in, and the HK, JC and X Series for shooting off. Pairs with any Tricer head for a complete glassing system.
Why do hunters use a tripod for binoculars?
Handholding binoculars is fine for short observations, but for extended glassing, scanning a hillside for 20 to 40 minutes, a tripod eliminates fatigue and produces a dramatically more stable image. At 10x magnification, even minor hand shake makes animals hard to identify. For any hunter doing serious glassing in open country, a tripod isn't optional. It's core kit.
