MAVEN
Maven optics are made with a commitment to you, our customer. All Maven optics come with an unconditional lifetime warranty*. If your optic becomes damaged or is at all defective contact us immediately for repair or replacement. We don’t care where or when you bought it or if it was your fault or not – if it says Maven, we will take care of it.
*Warranty does not cover loss, deliberate damage, or cosmetic damage that does not hinder product performance.
TRICER
At Tricer, we stand by the quality of our products with a 1-year manufacturer defect warranty. This warranty extends for 1 year from the original purchase date of the product.
STRIVER
We offer a limited lifetime warranty that our gear is free from manufacture defects and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the product. If you find a problem with our gear email us with a description and photos of the defect. If the presented issue meets the terms of our limited lifetime warranty, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you. Our limited lifetime warranty does not cover against normal wear and tear or negligent use.
Blemished item(s) will not be covered under warranty.
CRISPI
Warranty Coverage: Our products have a 12-month warranty against defects from the date of purchase. Not covered: wear and tear, improper use, chemical/mechanical damage, improper fit, comfort issues, prior claims, or non-Bene Footwear purchases.
- Check for Damage: Ensure the damage is not due to wear and tear or inappropriate use, as these are not covered.
- Return to Original Distributor: If covered, return the footwear to the original distributor with your receipt. Leave the footwear with them during the warranty assessment.
- Evaluation Decision: Our team will assess the claim’s validity and either repair or replace the footwear. The final decision rests with our evaluation team.
Note: For replacements, the old boots will be kept by the distributor and not returned to the customer.

MAGVIEW systems are manufactured in the United States with high quality materials by expert craftsmen and are fully guaranteed against any defect in materials or workmanship. MAGVIEW reserves the right to make changes or substitutions or warranty coverage for any reason, including repairs needed due to improper use, accidents, or normal wear on the finish of MAGVIEW products. MAGVIEW will accept returns or exchanges on items intact with their original packaging and in new condition within 14 days of original ship date on items purchased directly from Magviewgear.com. Please fill out the form below or contact our Customer Service Team at customersupport@magviewgear.com for a Return Authorization Number. All returns are subject to inspection prior to credit being given.
Note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
